Mindfulness is key to reducing suffering, increasing well-being, and recognizing our natural wisdom. It is an amazing tool for personal insight and overall wellness because it can be used at any time and can quickly bring lasting results. So… how is it done?
The S.I.T. Mindfulness course offers an in-depth progression through the essential areas for Mindful attention and investigation. Participants will be able to gain a better understanding of what Mindfulness practice entails and the ways that it can benefit them. The class will allow time to thoroughly investigate and experiment with a variety of techniques that will offer the group a personal experience and understanding of how to apply these practices to their daily lives.
This 6 part series runs from 2/5/15 - 3/12/15 on Thursday evenings from 7-8:30pm. Each of the modules includes teaching, experiential exercises, group discussion, and suggested home practices.
